Dare to do right
We live in a world where where truth can seem illusive, criticism abounds and there are increasingly complex ramifications to decisions.
What we need is the moral courage to do the right thing, even – especially – when the majority view is to compromise, conceal and coerce.
In this lunchtime session we will explore moral courage, how we can exercise conviction and the place of compassion in our choices.
Drawing on our experience with leaders across the CI and UK in a wide range of settings, we will spark discussion around tables and include some succinct exercises that will help consider how courage can be applied in your real-life situations.
A buffet lunch is included.
