Battle of flowers – Moonlight parade 2023
Carnival comes to Victoria Avenue at night. The same floats that featured in the day parade are out in force again, festooned with thousands of illuminations to give a truly magical experience. The festivities come to a close with our Grand Finale set high over St Aubin’s bay. The atmosphere is electric.
