Equiom has appointed Andrew Hudson as Client Director, Private Wealth & Family Office Services in Jersey.

With more than 30 years’ experience in fiduciary services across Jersey and Singapore, including over a decade based in Singapore, Andrew brings insight into the structuring needs of ultra-high-net-worth families with global interests. His career spans complex cross-border wealth arrangements, succession planning and governance frameworks for multi-generational family structures operating across multiple jurisdictions.

Working closely with Equiom’s teams in Hong Kong and Singapore, Andrew plays a key role in delivering integrated Private Wealth and Family Office services to ultra-high-net-worth families and their advisers. His experience across Asia and the Channel Islands enables seamless coordination between jurisdictions, ensuring that structures established in Jersey align effectively with families’ international asset holdings, governance objectives and long-term succession strategies.

Andrew has particular expertise in the establishment and administration of trusts, bespoke governance frameworks and complex asset-holding vehicles across diverse asset classes. His experience supports families navigating sophisticated arrangements spanning multiple regulatory environments, reinforcing Jersey’s position as a trusted centre for long-term wealth stewardship.

Alongside his commercial and structuring expertise, Andrew brings regulatory and compliance credentials. Having served in Deputy MLRO roles, he has extensive experience in risk oversight, regulatory governance and proactive compliance management. This background further strengthens Equiom’s commitment to regulatory quality, robust risk management and responsible long-term stewardship for private clients.

Andrew Hudson said: “Having worked extensively in both Jersey and Singapore, I have seen the importance of close collaboration between international teams in supporting globally mobile families. Jersey continues to play a central role in international wealth structuring, and I look forward to continuing to work closely with colleagues across Hong Kong, Singapore and the wider Group to deliver integrated, forward-looking solutions for our clients.”

Vicky Stables, Managing Director – Jersey added: “Andrew’s extensive experience across Asia and the Channel Islands enhances our ability to deliver truly connected, multi-jurisdictional solutions. His expertise in structuring, governance and compliance strengthens Jersey’s role within our global Private Wealth & Family Office offering and reflects our continued strategic investment in leadership on the island.”
