Enhance Group has been awarded Chartered Firm™ status by the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
This recognition places Enhance among a select group of firms that meet the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment’s rigorous criteria, including regulatory standing, a strong commitment to continuing professional development, and a team in which a significant proportion of staff hold Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) Chartered status individually.
To qualify, firms must also demonstrate that their culture, purpose and values are aligned with the CISI Code of Conduct, and that they foster an environment of ethical best practice and professional development at every level. At Enhance, all staff follow the CISI’s CPD scheme and take modules prescribed by the business which are relevant to their role and reflect industry best practice and the company’s ethos.
