JTC’s global private client capabilities have been highlighted once again with the firm picking up two accolades at the 2024 Citywealth IFC Awards.
Winners for this year’s Awards – now in their 13th year – were announced at a ceremony in London hosted by journalist and broadcaster Tim Willcox, with JTC picking up awards in both the ‘Trust Company of the Year – Jersey’ and ‘Trust Company of the Year – Caribbean’ categories. It is the third consecutive year JTC has won the latter.
The annual Citywealth IFC Awards highlight and celebrate excellence across the international private wealth landscape, including trustees, investment managers, private bankers, lawyers and UHNW advisers. Winners are selected by a panel of respected practitioners from multiple jurisdictions, based on their achievements, their innovative approach and their clear expertise.
Commenting on the success, Michael Halsey, Regional Head of Caribbean, JTC, said: “We hold ourselves to exceptionally high standards across our teams in the BVI, Bahamas and Cayman Islands, and consistent recognition through awards like this is a reflection of that. Having celebrated the tenth anniversary of our Cayman Islands office last year, this latest award is fantastic news for our talented and growing team, and we remain focused on continuing to provide high quality, innovative solutions to our global clients.”
Head of Private Client Services – Jersey, Mark Fleming added: “In an extremely competitive Channel Islands marketplace, this award is great recognition for our team in Jersey, highlighting the excellent performance we have seen in recent years and pointing to the exciting growth journey we are on – both at a jurisdictional level and across our Private Client Services division.”
