Art in the Frame Foundation, a Jersey registered not-for-profit charity, was founded 22 years ago by two art teachers. From the very start, Art in the Frame Foundation had two main objectives:
A major dream and a third objective, which very happily was realised 17 years ago, was to find a hub in which to carry out our objectives above. With the help of a Tourism Development Fund Grant, The Harbour Gallery at St Aubin, Jersey was born. Now it is a case of fundraising to help pay towards the commercial rents etc whilst still keeping our activities as accessible as possible to students in schools and of all ages and supporting up and coming artists/craftworkers.
The Harbour Gallery is the largest exhibiting, working & selling Art & Craft gallery in Jersey and the Channel Islands, managed by the Not for Profit Jersey Charity, Art in the Frame Foundation. Open 6 days a week, closed Tuesday, 10.00am – 4.30pm exhibiting the work of over 100 local artists and craftworkers, our patron is Lady Dalton.
The gallery boasts a delicious café, The Gallery Café and Deli, where food is cooked freshly each day. It caters for vegetarians, vegan and gluten free, opening hours are 9.00am – 4.30pm.
The Gallery is on the harbour side at St Aubin easily accessible by a regular bus service. To find out about exhibitions, workshops and educational work follow us on Facebook.
