Digital Jersey has laid out its plans for the future
Speaking in their May newsletter, CEO Tony Moretta talks of exciting plans for Digital Jersey, with plans to influence it with skilled and happy workforces.
Mr Moretta said:
“Election over, we can now start looking forward to getting on with business and life in our island.
We can never predict the future, but we can work to influence it and one of the most critical factors for a successful future is a skilled, productive and happy workforce. You can read more about our digital skills strategy in this newsletter, as well as our latest coding course. You can also find out more about the appointment of Smart Cities expert, Joe Dignan as our Special Adviser – we’re confident he will help steer our vision for a connected and inclusive society.
Finally, we are delighted to be launching our win a year’s Hub membership and desk competition with the support of NatWest International. Last year’s winners are just moving out to their own offices and have collaborated on joint ventures and become employers. If you know of a new digital business who need this support, spread the word – it will ultimately benefit all our futures.”
