Deloitte has been announced as the new sponsor for the 2023 All Terrain Challenge.
This popular event will take place once again on 23-29 July and features a different running challenge each day, concluding in Herm for the final race, followed by a presentation evening in the Mermaid.
The All Terrain Challenge is a long-standing event in the Guernsey athletics calendar, with races taking place in a variety of locations around the island which push participants to their limits. The events range from hill climbs, cliff paths routes and fast road races. There is also a surprise event held at Footes Lane during the week which has previously included a Steeple Chase.
Brett Bewey, Manager in Audit and Assurance at Deloitte, and avid runner, said: ‘As a keen participant in the All Terrain Challenge for the past five years, I am thrilled that Deloitte is sponsoring the event this year. I have seen first-hand the participants’ spirit, perseverance, and sense of accomplishment that the event offers and I’m looking forward to supporting the challenge with Deloitte as sponsor.”
Geoff King, event organiser, added: “We are delighted to have Deloitte as the sponsor of this year’s All Terrain Challenge. The event is an important fixture in our athletic calendar, and we are grateful for Deloitte’s support in helping us make it happen. We’re looking forward to everyone taking part once again this year.”
