The team at Deloitte in Jersey have donated £2,980 to local charity ‘Every Child Our Future’, who aim to give every child in Jersey the best possible education no matter what their circumstances.
The money was raised by employees at the leading professional services company’s Christmas party raffle. A total of £1,325 was raised in the raffle and £165 from the Secret Santa fundraiser. Deloitte matched the total, so a grand total of £2,980 was donated to the charity.
Nic James, Director at Deloitte in Jersey said: “I am delighted to provide this latest donation to ECOF, on behalf of the team at Deloitte in Jersey, which we hope will help many islanders receive the best education possible.”
Cris Lakeman, Chief Executive at Every Child Our Future said: “I would like to thank the team at Deloitte for this latest generous donation, which we’ll use to buy core books for the children.”
