Amid the current global challenges, Voisin Law has announced the appointment of Daniel Walker as a partner in the banking and corporate team.
Daniel joined Voisin’s bursary scheme in 2005, before taking up a position as a trainee solicitor in 2006. He has a wide practice area, including advising on all aspects of Jersey corporate, security and banking law with particular expertise in acting for real estate developers in relation to real estate finance, restructurings and property acquisition.
Daniel also has extensive experience in relation to trusts and advises a number of Jersey and Swiss trust companies on all aspects of trust law. Independent legal commentator Legal 500 has consistently named Daniel as a ‘rising star’.
Daniel’s promotion to partner reflects the continued growth at Voisin Law.
