CSS, who provide recruitment and placement services for the seismic and offshore survey industry, have been been recommended for re-certification after a three day intense audit conducted by BAB, the British Assessment Bureau Limited.
The audit which covered the QHSE standards; Quality ISO 9001:2015, Health and Safety ISO 45001:2018 and Environmental ISO 14001:2015 were assessed by lead Auditor; Dr Paul Castle, an expert in this field.
The audit concluded there were no non-conformities and all comments were positive by the auditor, including praising CSS on their continual improvements throughout the year and their fast reaction to the Global Pandemic, COVID-19.
CSS are the first Offshore Recruitment Agency to receive all 4 ISO standards for QHSE and Information Security Management, ISO 27001, obtained in January this year. They are also the first known company in Jersey to receive all 4 ISO standards.
CSS’ QHSE/Office Manager, Elaine Feltham said; “This has been a difficult year in the Offshore Recruitment industry, but we have been able to maintain a high standard and all the hard work and commitment by all employees has finally paid off”.
Operations Director, Christopher Inns, states; “CSS have managed to maintain the 3 QHSE standards since, November 2016. This involves completing vigorous checks annually by external auditors, therefore ensuring that we raise the bar every time in order to be the best in our field”.
