Heather Barrell has been appointed Head of Lettings at Cooper Brouard.
Heather joined the company in 2012 and has been a key part of the successful development of the Residential Lettings & Management Department.
Cathy Gallienne, Cooper Brouard Director said of the promotion, “I have worked closely with Heather in Lettings & Management department for several years now, it’s a fast-paced environment and she has brought a calm, methodical approach to it. I am delighted to be handing over the reins to her, safe in the knowledge that she will continue with the smooth running of the team and maintain the excellent customer service we are renowned for.”
The promotion is part of Cooper Brouard’s ongoing expansion and development plans that have seen them increase the letting team to five in the last two years and looking to continue to build whilst embarking on a major renovation of their offices.
Cathy will continue to have oversight of rentals but will be adding her expertise to the equally busy Local Market Sales department.
