Collas Crill has announced five newly qualified lawyers in the Channel Islands.
Alice Allen (pictured), Edmund Carter, Jessica Bell and Oceane Chandler from Guernsey and Oliver Terry from Jersey have qualified as Solicitors of England and Wales.
As a result all five lawyers have been promoted to Associates within the firm.
All five lawyers began their training contract with Collas Crill in September 2022 and completed seats within the firm’s global practice areas.
Upon qualification Alice and Oliver have joined the Financial Services and Regulation team, Edmund the Insolvency and Corporate Disputes team and Jessica and Oceane have joined Collas Crill’s Private Client and Trusts team.
These recent promotions follow that of Charles Brewin who qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales, and was promoted to Associate in the Private Client and Trusts team, in May.
Ben Havard, Partner and Training Principal at Collas Crill, said: “We take great pride in our training programme. Our aim is to recruit trainee solicitors who will become our future lawyers and progress to partnership. Alice, Edmund, Jessica, Oceane, Oliver and Charles have all delivered fantastic performances throughout their training. They have all showed incredible dedication to their studies while managing a busy workload and thoroughly deserve their promotions – congratulations.”
Group Managing Partner Jason Romer said: “Collas Crill is proud to be the firm where brilliant people choose to work and we are passionate about supporting those brilliant people to develop their careers with us. We launched our training programme more than 15 years ago and continue to grow and evolve it to ensure our trainees complete the scheme with the experience and knowledge required to meet the ever changing needs of our clients.
