Collas Crill continues its ongoing relationship with the Intertrust group, a leading global provider of expert administrative services, advising on their recent €500 million bond issuance and the refinance of their existing debt facility, with a combined value of €935 million.

Working alongside Simpson Thacher and Bartlett LLP, Intertrust group’s lead counsel for the transaction, Collas Crill’s transaction team was led by senior associate Simon Heggs, assisted by associate Annabel Bishop, paralegal Ben Newton and under the supervision of group partner Paul Wilkes.

On closing of the transaction, Simon Heggs commented: “It is always a pleasure to work with the Intertrust group. They have a huge presence in Guernsey and internationally, and we feel privileged to have the opportunity to assist them with the exciting growth of their business.

We must also say a huge thanks to the brilliant team at Simpson, Thacher and Bartlett, who, as ever, provided seamless management of the whole transaction.”
