Channel Islands consultancy CBO Projects has strengthened its Jersey team with the appointment of Robbie Newport as Senior Consultant.
Robbie joins CBO with more than 12 years’ experience across retail and commercial banking, gained through senior roles with HSBC and Lloyds Banking Group. His career has focused on project management, business management and strategic change, with particular expertise in customer channels, operating model improvement, governance, financial oversight and stakeholder engagement.
Throughout his career, Robbie has worked across the UK, UAE and global banking markets, supporting senior leadership teams on large-scale transformation programmes. His experience spans branch networks, contact centres and third-party distribution channels, giving him a strong understanding of how to deliver change across complex, multi-jurisdictional organisations.
