Carey Olsen has launched its new global Women’s Network.
Led by the firm’s female partners, the Carey Olsen Women’s Network will facilitate meaningful collaboration and support amongst women across the firm and provide a framework to help women at Carey Olsen build on their talents and achieve their potential.
Among other things, Network members will benefit from access to mentoring from female partners and other senior women, support with career planning and business development, and skills and leadership training. The Network will also provide the opportunity to share experiences, advice and accomplishments and engage on policies and initiatives that encourage increased gender inclusivity in the workplace.
