Carey Olsen has announced that it has promoted Jersey corporate and investment funds lawyer Arindam Madhuryya to the role of partner, with effect from 1 January 2026.
Arindam (pictured) joined Carey Olsen in 2014, having previously worked at Slaughter and May in London. He has acted on several high-profile fund formation matters and advises fund managers on the entire lifecycle of a fund – from establishment and regulation to co-investments, portfolio acquisitions and financings.
Arindam also regularly advises clients on a wide range of other transactions including manager and service provider establishment and relocation, investment joint ventures and corporate reorganisations. He is a member of the Legal and Technical sub-committee of the Jersey Funds Association and is part of a number of key policy working groups.
