• Exceptional Communication: Building strong relationships across the business, liaising confidently with external parties and prospective clients.
• Regulatory Expertise: In-depth understanding of sector risks, AML, KYC processes, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Commercial Acumen: Sound judgement and insight into industry practices across private wealth, funds, and corporate services.
• Leadership: Experience in guiding multi-jurisdictional teams, encouraging growth, and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong reporting, analytics, and presentation skills with fluency in relevant platforms such as KYC360.

What you’ll do

• Lead and refine the onboarding process across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensure comprehensive KYC and AML processes are aligned with compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and other cross-functional teams to set onboarding strategies.
• Contribute to system and process enhancements to optimise business operations.
• Oversee risk controls and reporting to maintain operational excellence.

What you’ll need

• At least 10 years’ experience in a relevant role within financial services.
• Broad knowledge of private wealth, funds, and corporate services.
• Proven ability to manage cross-jurisdictional projects and teams.
• Strong regulatory and risk management expertise.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skill
