Relationship Director – Residential investment – Real estate
Buckden Partners are currently working with a highly regarded private and commercial bank looking to hire an experienced Relationship Director to focus on residential investment loan origination.
This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-led banker/originator with strong experience in residential investment lending and real estate finance who enjoys originating, developing and managing client relationships while building a profitable lending portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of real estate clients and professional investors
- Originating new lending opportunities through existing networks and introducers
- Structuring and presenting credit proposals
- Working closely with internal stakeholders across private banking, credit and risk
- Acting as a trusted adviser to clients and their professional advisers
