Manager – Finance Business Partnering
We are seeking a skilled finance professional to join a leading Finance Business Partnering team as a Manager. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for finance and business decision support, collaborating closely with stakeholders to provide insights that drive business growth.
The successful candidate will lead the Finance Management Information (MI) and Technology agenda, ensuring high-quality reporting and driving improvements through automation and finance technology, including Power BI and finance-related AI tools. The responsibilities will also encompass preparing management accounts, monitoring financial performance, and supporting budgeting and planning efforts to help shape the firm’s strategic direction.
As a qualified accountant, the ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, technical, and commercial skills, along with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders. Experience with finance technology, process automation, and Power BI is desirable.
