Manager – Restructuring Advisory
This role offers the opportunity to manage complex corporate recovery engagements and contribute to the development of a growing advisory practice.
The position is client-facing and provides variety, responsibility, and potential for career advancement, with exposure to both local and international assignments.
Key responsibilities
- Restructuring & Insolvency: Manage formal appointments including liquidations, receiverships, and bankruptcies. Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders such as creditors, directors, regulators, and legal advisors.
- Financial & Business Advisory: Lead the development of financial models, strategic business reviews, and cash flow forecasts.
- Asset & Case Management: Oversee portfolios of distressed corporate assets including real estate, receivables, and financial instruments. Develop and execute asset realisation plans to maximise recoveries.
- Compliance & Reporting: Prepare regulatory filings, client reports, statutory returns, and creditor communications. Ensure adherence to legislation and compliance obligations. Assist with legal aspects such as asset tracing, claims adjudication, and dispute resolution.
