Saffery Trust has made twelve promotions across its Guernsey and Switzerland offices, recognising the expertise, dedication and continued development of colleagues across the business.
The promotions span Trust, Marketing, People & Culture and Learning & Development.
Among those promoted is Rory Jones, who becomes Associate Director (Trust). Rory joined Saffery Trust as a trainee and has progressed through a number of roles within the business, helping to establish and grow the firm’s Digital Assets and Cryptocurrency offering while building strong, trusted relationships with clients.
Rory said: “I really enjoy the variety my role brings. Digital Assets continue to evolve at pace, which means there is always more to learn, develop and bring back to our clients.”
Also promoted to Associate Director (Marketing) is Tasha Symes (pictured), whose leadership has transformed Saffery Trust’s marketing function in recent years. Having overseen the firms rebrand and developed an in-house marketing team that supports colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.
Also in Guernsey, Sophie Norman has been promoted to People & Culture Manager, Connor Batiste to Assistant Manager (Trust), Sue Le Gallez to Senior Officer, Learning & Development, Codie Ford and Nathan Le Tissier to Officer (Trust), and Alex Mauger to Senior Administrator (Trust).
In Switzerland, Sophie Deslage Lachat has been promoted to Trust Manager, Alexia Laird becomes Assistant Manager (Trust), Ross Thomson has been promoted to Senior Officer, and Wasem Akram Qureshi to Senior Trust Administrator.
