Cains Listing Services Limited has been admitted as the latest Isle of Man-based Listing Member of The International Stock Exchange.
Cains Listing Services Limited (CLSL), part of the Cains Group, which includes independent law firm Cains Advocates Limited and corporate services provider, Cains Corporate Services Limited, which is licensed by the Financial Services Authority in the Isle of Man, has been approved to act as a Listing Agent and Sponsor to facilitate the listing of bonds and equities on The International Stock Exchange (TISE).
Built on a culture of responsiveness and innovation, TISE is a regulated marketplace for listing a wide range of bond and equity products. Today, there are more than 3,000 securities, with a total market value of more than £400 billion, listed on TISE.

The directors of CLSL are Scott Leonard-Morgan, Tim Shepherd and Tristan Head. Between them they have over 60 years’ listing experience of acting for companies, shareholders and financial institutions across the globe with their equity and debt capital finance requirements.

Cains Listing Services is the fourth Isle of Man firm to become a Listing Member of TISE. There are now 37 Listing and Trading Members of TISE from across the Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey, and Ireland.
