C8 Mechanical & Electrical has launched C8 Eco, a new low-carbon division designed to help local businesses manage energy more efficiently, control costs and plan for the future.

As energy prices fluctuate, demand charges remain a key consideration and sustainability expectations continue to evolve, many businesses are reviewing how they generate and use power. C8 Eco has been created to support this shift. A key focus of the new division is commercial solar PV.

Stuart Adams, who leads the C8 Eco division, said: “For many Guernsey businesses, the conversation around solar has shifted. When systems are properly engineered, a four to six-year payback is achievable, alongside real reductions in demand charges.

“C8 Eco is about delivering solar and low-carbon solutions that save money first, while also supporting longer-term sustainability goals.”
