The founder of Jersey-based marketing agency Brand Champions has been included in ADWEEK’s 2026 Agents of Change awards.
The awards recognise individuals working across the marketing, media, advertising and technology industries.
Fiona Wylie (pictured), Founder and CEO of Brand Champions, was recognised for developing a remote-first, flexible working model designed to support parents, carers and professionals returning after career breaks.
The agency provides marketing services through its Service on Standby offering, giving businesses access to experienced marketing professionals.
Brand Champions reached its £3 million revenue target for 2026 four months ahead of schedule, with client retention at 87%. Its team has also grown from 16 to more than 40 people this year.
Fiona said: “This is the very first year of the awards, so to be recognised by ADWEEK right at the start of something like this feels incredibly special.
“When I started Brand Champions, I didn’t believe anyone should have to choose between a career they’re proud of and a life they want to live. So we built an agency around that belief: remote-first, genuinely flexible and designed to create opportunities for parents, carers and people returning after a career break.
“Although my name is on this recognition, it belongs to every person at Brand Champions who proves that you can do brilliant work without sacrificing everything else that matters. It also belongs to the clients who trusted us to work differently and believed in what we were building.”
