Fiona Wylie, chief executive of Brand Champions, has been shortlisted for Best Creative and Media Entrepreneur at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards.
Selected from more than 5,000 applications, Fiona (pictured) is the only woman shortlisted in the category for the London region.
The awards recognise entrepreneurs from across the UK who have demonstrated innovation, growth and business success. Fiona founded Brand Champions in 2017, drawing on experience gained working with global brands including British Airways and Nestlé.
Since its launch, the agency has grown into an award-winning marketing partnership, supporting organisations with strategic marketing and communications expertise.
Commenting on the recognition, Fiona said: “I know how hard it is for women to rise to leadership positions in the creative and media industries, and even to get a foot in the door. As the only woman shortlisted in the category for the London region, I am very honoured, but it also shows just how much things need to change to ensure women are represented fairly in business.”
