Following the acquisition of Bovill in February 2024, Ocorian has today launched Bovill Newgate, its global regulatory and compliance business to address growing concerns over regulatory risks across financial services.
Its advice services include regulatory change and preventing financial crime, applications to regulators, building or enhancing regulatory frameworks, conducting compliance investigations or diagnostics, training and fulfilling prescribed roles.
Bovill Newgate’s expert team of 120-plus industry professionals and former regulators covers six jurisdictions – the UK, Channel Islands, Singapore, Hong Kong, Mauritius and the Americas – and is supported by its innovative, proprietary technology platform, the Gateway.
Bovill Newgate has been formed following the acquisition of Bovill by Ocorian earlier this year which has been combined with Newgate Compliance, Ocorian’s subsidiary compliance consultancy service.
