Belasko has announced the appointment of Edwin Chan as Chief Growth Officer for its Private Markets function.
Edwin (pictured) will be based in London and lead Belasko’s sales function and wider new business development strategies. He will be responsible for driving new client growth and revenues across the Group.
Edwin joins Belasko with more than 25 years of experience and successes in the alternative investments industry and brings a proven track record of leading high-performing commercial teams. Most recently, he served as Regional Head and Managing Director of Europe at Carta and was previously Chief Commercial Officer UK at IQ-EQ.
Throughout his career, Edwin has held senior leadership positions spanning sales, business development, fund operations and client services working closely with alternative asset managers across Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate, Venture Capital, Infrastructure and Renewable Energy.
