Sophie Le Page, Audit Associate at BDO Guernsey, has achieved the joint highest mark worldwide in the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants Advanced Taxation exam.
With an impressive score of 96 Sophie’s exceptional performance has been recognised by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) with a certificate of merit and a cash prize. The exam was held in June 2024 and was taken by students around the world.
Sophie (pictured) joined BDO as a trainee in August 2021 and quickly distinguished herself through her dedication and expertise. Her achievement reflects her hard work and academic excellence, as well as the quality of BDO’s trainee program, which supports the development of top-tier professionals in the accounting and finance sector.
Sophie said: “I am delighted by my exam results and thank the team at BDO Guernsey for all the support they’ve lent me along the way. I look forward to further developing my career through achieving professional qualifications while continuing to help my clients succeed in their business endeavours.”
