BCR Law LLP’s Partner and Head of Family Law, Emma Wakeling, has been named as one of the 2021 eprivateclient Channel Islands Top 35 Under 35.
Eprivateclient is the leading website and news service for private client practitioners, including lawyers, accountants, trustees and fee-based Independent Financial Advisers.
The Channel Islands Top 35 Under 35 initiative is designed to identify, recognise, promote and introduce the rising stars of the Private Client practitioner community in the Channel Islands.
Following an open call for nominations, the selection process took place from across the private wealth sector for young and upcoming stars ranging from lawyers, accountants, trustees or any other professional intermediary, in Jersey and Guernsey.
Emma heads the Family law and Private Client Group at BCR Law in Jersey. She advises on a wide range of private client work including divorce and financial matters, as well as issues involving children, including Public Law proceedings. Clients commend Emma for her consistent ‘commitment, drive and professionalism’.
