BCR Law LLP has welcomed Conveyancer Daniel Ferguson to its Property team as part of continued investment and growth of the firm to support local property clients.
Daniel, who brings more than 15 years’ experience in property law, will be working alongside Partner and Head of Property Michelle Leverington. In his role, he will be providing advice on a broad range of commercial and residential property matters, including the structuring of residential developments, property financing and security, and dealing with sales and purchases for both corporate and private clients.
Daniel began his career in Property Law in 2007 and previously worked for a large offshore Jersey law firm for more than 10 years.
