Barrule Partners Group has launched as a new independent fiduciary, trust, corporate and advisory services business in Guernsey.
Co-founded by Stuart Platt-Ransom, Advocate Alison Ozanne and Kit Hobbs, Barrule Partners Group has been established as a partner-owned, governance-led fiduciary business which will service the needs of high net worth families, entrepreneurs and institutional clients.
The Group provides trust administration, corporate and private asset structuring, independent director services and family office support. The Group also introduces Barrule Mediation Services Limited, offering specialist mediation and arbitration services for all commercial disputes but with a focus on family wealth structures and trust-related matters.
Group Chief Executive Officer Stuart Platt-Ransom said: “Guernsey remains one of the most respected and stable international finance centres globally.
