Zoe Dixon-Smith has taken on the role of Managing Director at Baker Regulatory Services.
A Fellow of the International Compliance Association, Zoe (pictured) joined Baker Regulatory Services in February 2024 having worked in offshore financial services for over 30 years, including three years at the Jersey Financial Services Commission as a Regulatory Supervisor. She has many years’ of hands-on practical experience having held the roles of Executive Director, MLRO, MLCO and Compliance Officer at multi licenced regulated financial institutions as well as experience at an international level as Group Head of Risk and Compliance at multi-jurisdictional institutions.
Speaking on her promotion, Zoe commented: “Baker Regulatory Services is well known for providing a practical interpretation of complex regulations for organisations operating across the professional services industry. I’m proud to be leading a team of regulatory experts who have a wide range of in-depth experience in this area, and I look forward to further driving the business’ growth in my new position.”
