Long established Jersey fiduciary firm Baccata has announced the appointment of Tim Cartwright as a Director to the Board of the Baccata Group of Companies.
In the role, he will continue to lead development of client services in the Middle East and South Africa, two areas that are of particular significance to Baccata.
Nick Falla, Group Managing Director, noted: “Tim brings with him a wealth of expertise gained over 30 years in the industry that will help us continue to drive forward our desire to deliver excellent client service. Tim previously served as a director of a Jersey based international trust company, as well as on the board of the trust arm of a UK Plc, and until recently was also a committee member of the Jersey branch of STEP. We are positioned well in many ways to grow and prosper for the benefit of our clients and their advisers.
“We remain proudly independent and continue to see business growth while it is clear the market still values a smaller independent player in a private client world where a high level of personal service is still paramount.”
Tim observed: “For over 21 years Baccata has served its clients and their advisers with the highest quality services to both private and corporate clients across many jurisdictions. I am delighted to join the board and excited to take part in the company’s ongoing expansion. It is a very exciting time for Baccata. The Group continues to grow and the Baccata brand is a wonderful asset in the private client world. More and more we are recognised as being one of the leading Jersey based owner managed international finance businesses. I am really looking forward to being part of the team that builds out our global presence as part of our recently launched marketing strategy.”
