Commercial litigation lawyer, Kirthi Kalyan, has joined the dispute resolution team at Babbe as an associate.
She brings with her more than five years’ experience advising clients on various aspects of large scale, cross-jurisdictional corporate investigates and expertise in corporate litigation, business ethics, anti-money laundering and anti-corruption.
In her previous role with Norton Rose Fulbright in South Africa, Ms Kalyan advised multi0national companies on matters relating to corruption, fraud and corporate espionage involving, among other regulators, the UK Serious Fraud Office.
Ms Kalyan said: “I am thrilled to be joining such a well-respected team at one of Guernsey’s leading law firms during this exciting period of growth.”
