Independent fund and corporate services provider, the Aztec Group, has announced several senior changes to the Group’s Private Equity leadership team.
Matt Horton has been appointed as Group Head of Private Equity, while Gavin Hayman has been appointed as Jurisdictional Head of Private Equity in Guernsey. Alan Ross, formerly Group Head of Private Equity, has taken on the new position of Group Head of Transformation.
With the Aztec Group since 2010 and Head of Private Equity in Guernsey since 2016, Matt Horton has played a key role in the continued growth of the Group’s private equity service offering. In his new role, Matt will oversee all private equity-based relationship management, operations and business development activities across the Group.
Gavin Hayman has assumed Matt’s former position as Jurisdictional Head of Private Equity in Guernsey. Gavin joined the Aztec Group as a Director in 2017 and will now take on full responsibility for the Group’s private equity services and operations in Guernsey.
Alan Ross has transitioned from his long-standing role of Group Head of Private Equity to the new role of Group Head of Transformation. Alan joined the Aztec Group in Jersey in 2006, and has been instrumental in the development of the business’ private equity service offering and the growth of the wider Group. In his new role, he will be responsible for identifying and implementing automated processes and integrating market-leading platforms, enhancing the Group’s service offering to its clients.
