Aurigny has suspended the expiration date for frequent flyer points so customers are not disadvantaged by current travel restrictions.
The airline rewards passengers who travel frequently with points to use against future bookings. The points usually expire after two years but any points due to expire on or after 6 April 2020 will now be available until further notice.
‘We really want to get back in the skies, but until travel restrictions are lifted, we are staying safe and keeping your points safe too,’ said commercial director Malcolm Coupar.
Aurigny will give customers 60 days’ notice before introducing expiration dates again, allowing those who want to use their points the chance to do so.
