Jersey’s Atlantic Hotel and Ocean Restaurant has been named as one of the best seaside and beach hotels in the UK by The Telegraph.
In the article, published on the 12th July, The Atlantic Hotel was listed alongside other luxury properties around the UK’s coastline including the well-known Carbis Bay and Watergate Bay hotels in Cornwall and The Pig on the Beach in Dorset.
With a nine out of ten rating from The Telegraph’s travel experts, The Atlantic was described as ‘a top choice if you’re looking for UK seaside hotels with pools a little further afield.’ The article went on to describe the hotel as ‘stylish, yet timeless’, with ‘beautifully mannered staff who provide the traditional element in a hotel that stays fresh, but refuses to follow fashion.’
Patrick Burke, Owner and Managing Director of The Atlantic Hotel said: “We’re thrilled to be selected as one the best seaside and beach hotels in the UK by The Telegraph’s travel experts. This is great news for The Atlantic and great news for Jersey coming as it does at the height of the summer season.
“To be listed alongside some of the finest hotels in the UK is a great honour. Our unique headland location overlooking the iconic St Ouen’s Bay and the Atlantic Ocean beyond is something very special and the views are certainly world class.”
