Offshore law firm Appleby has appointed Alex Thornton de Mauroy to their Guernsey team.
Alex is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution department. Alex qualified as a solicitor in 2014 with an international law firm in London, practising there until joining Appleby.
Alex’s experience covers a wide range of complex, multi-jurisdictional litigation and arbitration across a range of sectors, acting for banks, corporates and individuals. Alex was also part of a team advising a bank in connection with a long-running liquidation of a feeder fund, and he has experience of litigation funding.
