Offshore law firm Appleby have welcomed Josh Tonks to its growing Corporate team. Josh joins as an Associate.
Josh (pictured) was admitted to the roll of solicitors in England and Wales in 2023, having practised as an Associate Solicitor at Shakespeare Martineau LLP in London, and trained at Gateley PLC, also in London.
Josh has experience in corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions on both buy and sell side, as well as experience in corporate restructuring transactions.
He has acted for corporate entities (across sectors including financial services, gaming, fitness, healthcare, retail and fintech), private equity institutions, as well as various corporate stakeholders.
Josh said, “I am excited to be joining the highly reputable Corporate team at Appleby, and I am looking forward to contributing to Appleby’s future successes as an integral member of the talented team.”
