Apex Group Ltd. has announced that it has been appointed by GSR Capital Limited to provide fund administration services.
GSR Capital is the investment management arm of the GSR group of companies, a global leader in digital asset trading, which has been operating since 2013.
Founded in 2021, GSR Capital leverages GSR’s broader expertise in digital assets, execution and liquidity to research and build investment products for institutions, family offices and other professional clients.
Apex Group will provide fund administration services to GSR Capital. This appointment is yet further evidence of Apex Group’s innovative architecture and adaptable service model, enabling the Group to provide a single-source solution to managers who are pioneering new structures and in this fast-evolving area of financial services.
Apex Group’s single-source solution encompasses a wide range of services under one roof, enabling clients, such as GSR Capital, to create efficiencies, reduce costs and improve controls by outsourcing the back-, middle- and front-office operational framework. A recent Total Economic Impact (TEI) report by Forrester Consulting found that on average, clients of Apex Group’s single-source solution, achieved a return on investment of 105% and cost benefits of $5.39m, with a net present value of $2.75m over a three-year period.
