Recruitment firm Alexander Daniels Offshore has recently made some exciting promotions to their Channel Islands teams.
The promotions of Bill Jackson, Alexandra Wallace (pictured) and Emilly Watson come at an exciting time for the business as they further grow their presence within the Channel Islands market.
Bill Jackson from Guernsey was promoted to Director. Bill joined the Guernsey team in September 2021 as a Consultant and quickly proved his exceptional work ethic and talent. He swiftly moved up the ranks to become a Senior Consultant, and then a Manager. Bill consistently demonstrates his excellence in recruiting and managing, with a strong focus on analytical detail. Bill will now collaborate closely with Shannon to lead the Guernsey business into its next growth phase.
Alexandra Wallace From Guernsey was promoted to Manager. Alexandra joined the Guernsey team in November 2020 and achieved an outstanding standard of service, dedication, and passion for her work since joining. With exceptional commercial awareness and a strong advocate for AD Offshore values, Alexandra has shown significant growth, especially in the last 12 months. We’re excited to see her build and lead her own team, fostering commercially focused, passionate, and driven recruiters.
Emilly Watson from Jersey was promoted to Mangere. Emily joined us at the end of January 2023 and has continued to deliver exceptional ethics, hard work and dedication for AD Offshore. Emilly compliments the strongest team we have ever had in Jersey and we are very excited about the future of the team there.
Having a leader on the ground will only enhance the Jersey office growth, development and further support our team. This symbolises the start of something very special for us in Jersey, for the whole team and we are excited to see how the office and everyone develops in the coming months.
