Alexander Daniels Offshore has announced the launch of a dedicated regional recruitment team to meet growing demand for offshore talent across international markets.
This strategic move comes in response to increased global demand for experienced professionals in areas such as accountancy, finance, compliance, private funds and restructuring.
“Our clients are navigating increasingly competitive markets for skilled talent,” said Managing Director Andy Partlow. “This new regional approach allows us to respond more effectively, drawing on our expertise across offshore centres and financial hubs.”
Leading the new structure is Regional Director Sarah Elliott, whose focus on client partnerships and market insight supports the team’s international reach. She is
joined by Regional Manager Emilia Bianco, who brings a global perspective and strong relationship-building skills, along with Senior Regional Consultants Kelly Le Prevost and Lauren Williams, both recognised for their industry knowledge and client service.
The team will work closely with clients and candidates across locations, including Jersey, Guernsey, Malta, the Isle of Man, Luxembourg, and onshore hubs such as London and Manchester.
“This is more than just a structural change”, added Sarah Elliott. “It’s about ensuring quality, consistency and responsiveness across all the markets we serve.”
