Aladdin’s Cave has announced the appointment of Natalie Maides as executive director (managing director) and Will Morgan as non-executive director.

Company owner and current managing director – Jason Mahy – welcomed the appointments, highlighting their strategic importance to the future of the business. He said: “I am delighted that Natalie has accepted this promotion and that she is now a major shareholder in the company. It strengthens our long-term plans, reinforces our identity as a family-owned local business, and sets us up well for continued growth in the years ahead.”

Natalie joined Aladdin’s Cave in 2020 as operations director and has played a key role in strengthening the company’s operational foundations. She brings with her a wealth of experience from previous roles at Activision Blizzard, Specsavers, and Vets for Pets where she developed deep expertise in multi-site operations, customer-focused growth, and scalable business strategy.

Commenting on her appointment and investment in the business, Natalie said: “I’m delighted to be personally invested in Aladdin’s Cave and excited to help drive the business forward in the years ahead.”

Will Morgan, a chartered accountant and business owner, has been engaged with Aladdin’s Cave for more than 5 years. The appointment of Will as Non-Executive Director further strengthens Aladdin’s Cave’s governance and strategic oversight, supporting the executive team as the business continues to grow and evolve.
