Walkers’ growth in Jersey continues with the arrival of Advocate Tatiana Collins as a Senior Counsel in the firm’s Investment Funds & Corporate Law Practice Group.
Tatiana, who is admitted in Jersey, Cayman and England & Wales, joins Walkers from another offshore firm, and has more than ten years’ experience in private practice in Jersey, London, Cayman and Frankfurt.
Tatiana advises on funds and corporate transactions including the establishment, management, re-structuring and liquidation of various types of funds and corporate structures, tax and regulatory matters, structured acquisitions and disposals of assets across Europe and financing and re-financing arrangements. She has experience with Venture Capital, Real Estate and Private Equity funds.
