Livingroom Estate Agents has appointed another experienced sales negotiator as the Jersey office continues its rapid expansion.
Jon Rabey is the eighth member of the Livingroom team, which launched its second office in Jersey to become the sole Channel Island estate agent in October 2018.
Jon is a well-known face in the Jersey estate agency industry and joins the agency with credible experience of the local property market. Like his Livingroom Jersey colleagues, he has an enviable knowledge of the island and its extensive range of properties.
A strong understanding of refurbishment and development projects means that Jon has specific expertise in property development and can often be found on site learning about projects to deliver a vision to clients.
