Christian Boudin, Chief Compliance Office (Channel Islands), and Simon Kinsella, Money Laundering Reporting Officer (Jersey Branch) at Investec Bank (Channel Islands), have been recognised at the inaugural Jersey Compliance Awards 2026.
Christian was named Compliance Leader of the Year, while Simon won the Training and Development category. The awards, organised by the School of International Financial Services, celebrate excellence across Jersey’s compliance profession and the role it plays in helping to protect clients, businesses, and the island’s strong financial services reputation.
For Investec, the awards reflect the importance of combining strong regulatory standards with clear, practical support for clients. Its compliance team works closely with colleagues across the business to support well-governed decision-making, efficient client service, and access to Investec’s wide range of private banking, lending, and specialist services.
