Vega Technology has appointed Anne Maddocks as Customer Success Lead.
Anne (pictured) brings more than 25 years of experience in software, customer success, and client relationship management, including extensive expertise within the wealth management sector.
Anne holds a Professional Diploma in Instructional Design with distinction, further strengthening Vega’s focus on client learning, communication, and user engagement. As part of her role, Anne will help expand Vega’s client training offering, including regular webinars, practical workshops, and tailored one-to-one support sessions designed to help clients maximise the value of their systems and embrace new technologies with confidence.
