Ogier has achieved Approved Employer status from the Association for Certified and Chartered Accountants.
The accreditation certifies that Ogier provides meaningful support to its Association for Certified and Chartered Accountants (ACCA) students and has high standards of staff training and development, reflecting the strength of its learning culture.
The firm achieved Platinum status for trainee development and was recognised for its commitment to professional development across the UK and Ireland, the Channel Islands, Hong Kong and the Cayman Islands.
ACCA says the accreditation demonstrates that an organisation “offers the best professional, technical and ethical skills” and it “supports ongoing training and development”.
Ogier’s Head of Talent and Development, Hazel Cardwell (pictured), said: “Achieving ACCA Approved Employer status is testament to the continued investment in our people, and the strength of Ogier’s ‘always learning’ culture.
“Professional development is vital to our success, which is why we go beyond the traditional training approach. Teams have access to digital learning resources, bespoke development programmes, external qualifications and courses, developmental assignments, and a supportive coaching and mentoring culture. This is complemented by Ogier’s commitment to flexible working, diversity and inclusion and employee wellbeing.
“The ACCA Approved Employer accreditation reaffirms to our people that with us, they have all the support they need to build a successful and rewarding career.”
