Rathbones has announced the promotion of Joel Graves, CFA, to the role of Head of Investment Management – Channel Islands.
Joel (pictured) has been a central figure within Rathbones’ offshore investment team, bringing expertise, strong leadership, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
As Head of Investment Management, Joel will oversee the ongoing development of the Channel Islands investment proposition, ensuring continued alignment with wider Group strategy, while preserving the unique local expertise that clients value. His role includes supporting team development, shaping investment processes, enhancing collaboration across the organisation, and ensuring the highest standard of portfolio management and client service.
